Smoked Meats:

Our meats are sold by the pound, or in the case of ribs, by the rack. There is a 5 pound minimum per meat. Meats will feed 4 to 5 people per pound. Sometimes more if you are serving multiple meats. Our meats are flavorful and juicy on their own. BBQ sauce is served on the side and is included in the price of the meat.

As of 5-26-2022 we have had to raise our food prices and labor for buffet service. Inflation is catching everyone, and we hope you understand.

Smoked Brisket (sliced)

Our mouth watering Brisket is slow smoked to tender perfection, and then sliced for your enjoyment.

Pulled Pork

Slow smoked with a combination of fruit and hardwoods to give our pork an amazing sweet smoky flavor.

Smoked Chicken (boneless thighs)

This is the chicken I cook for my family. The recipe came from my time as a competition pit master, and is full of flavor and never bitter. This is the dish that will change how you look at dark meat forever!

Smoked Chicken (boneless breast)

I cook this much the same as I do our chicken thighs. As Juicy and flavorful as white meat can get!

Pork Ribs

Our ribs are cut St Louis style, and then smoked low and slow till nearly falling off the bone. Each rack feeds 3 to 5 guests

Prime Rib

Slow cooked with hearty nut woods. Served with either our cranberry or traditional horseradish sauce.

Smoked sausage

We proudly smoke and serve Clyde's sausage. Clyde's has been making sausage here in Colorado since 1964! Choice of hot or sweet Italian, German, Bratwurst, or Jalapeno

Whole BBQ Turkey

We have been kettle cooking BBQ Turkey's for almost 30 years. The birds are incredibly moist and flavorful. Typically these are only offered during the holiday's, but can be cooked on request.

We offer many items for special events that we do not keep on the regular menu. These dishes are dependent upon the availability of fresh ingredients, and the type of service. Meats such as sea food, turkey, chicken wings and ect. Please contact us for price and availability

Sides dishes:

Our side dishes are all hand crafted from family recipes that have served us well for generations. Side dishes are sold by the half and full pan. Unless noted half pans feed 20 to 25 people. Full pans feed 50 to 60 people.

Baked Mac & Cheese

Our Mac is our number one selling side dish. Our most guarded secret! Creamy, and extra cheesy with a light crumb topping.

BBQ Sweet Beans

I call these grandma's beans. A family tradition of sweet beans and chunks of smoked sausage. Delicious!

BBQ Baked Potato salad

While the original recipe was grandma's, we added our own twist to this classic. Potato, eggs, mayo, relish, and a bit of our rub we call special blend

Paper plates, napkins, utensils, and cups

To save our customers money, we do not automatically supply plates and ect. We will gladly purchase these for your event at the rate of $1.50 per guest
