Thornton, Colorado Catering
All our tender and juicy meats are served without sauce. Sauce is served on the side.
All our meats are slow smoked with properly seasoned Hickory, Oak, Pecan, and fruit
woods on a real wood burning pit. No charcoal, chips, or formed wood pellets on our
food!
Please note that we have a $200.00 minimum order for A la carte meats and
sides. We do NOT supply silverware, plates, or serving utensils with A la Carte
BBQ (unless previously arranged). Just meats and sides hot and ready to eat
Delivery is free in the city of Thornton. Delivery charges will apply for delivery outside
this area, and will be quoted based upon mileage.
We season our meats with our own special spice rubs. Our competition spice rub
has no MSG or gluten, and is very low in sodium compared to seasoning salts. Our
competition winning spice rub is also available online at www.patriotsbbq.com.
You can also request our meats be prepared in accordance with the Paleo diet. The Paleo meats are free of refined sugars, gluten, or grains!
