Owners of Patriot's BBQ LLC.
Mark is the head chef and team captain for Patriot's BBQ. His true love
of creating real BBQ for his customers really showes. His dedication to
true BBQ that is cooked with a real wood burning pit will delight your
taste buds with every mouth full.
Holly is one of the few ladies in this country who truly knows how to trim
and prep meats for competition level BBQ. She is also the creative
element behind our BBQ inspired side dishes and appetizers.

the workhorse of our team :)
